BAD REVIEW:
With a lot of respect I'm replying the following to Redsun: We are not electronics engineers, nor do we want to risk replacing parts as a paying customer who paid to receive a working product. Redsun has delivered a faulty product and this is not our problem. I explained this to Redsun and they still want to force me with having to replace parts instead of taking back the broken unit and replacing it with a working unit. This is just as good as CRIME and therefore I'm not happy, so I'm letting Redsun know with respect, that I do not accept the bad solution of Redsun sending me replacement parts and then making it my problem to fix their faulty unit.
Kindly explain this to your boss because I will start reporting this bad experience to the Alibaba team in due time if your boss does not want to make the right decision which is to replace the unit. I payed a lot of money to Redsun for these samples in order to do long term business, so I will not accept bad behaviors.
